REH Legal (the “Firm”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies when you visit or use the Firm’s website, social media channels and any other related platforms (collectively, the “Platforms”). By using the Platforms, you agree to the terms of this Policy, the Terms of Use, which are incorporated by reference, and any other agreements that govern your use of the Platforms.
“Personal information” as used in this Policy means information that identifies, relates to, describes or can reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, to a specific natural person. It does not include information that is considered anonymous, de-identified or aggregated by applicable law. While the Firm may also process personal information during legal representation of a client, such processing is performed on behalf of and at the direction of the client, is subject to the Firm’s legal services agreement and the California Rules of Professional Conduct and is not covered by this Policy.
POLICY CONCERNING MINORS
Anyone under the age of 18 shall not use the Platforms. The Firm does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If the Firm learns it has collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, reasonable steps will be taken to delete the information. You can contact the Firm here if you believe it might have any information from or about a child under 18.
Information You Provide
Certain personally identifiable information may be provided by you to the Firm through your use of the Platforms. The information you provide will be used only as reasonably necessary to provide services, products, materials or information to you.
- Payment Data. The Firm may collect data about the product(s) or service(s) you purchased, including pricing, in order to process your purchase(s). You must provide necessary payment and billing information directly to any third-party payment processing partners, including your name, credit card number, security code, expiration date, billing address and zip code. For your security, the Firm does not have access to or store any sensitive cardholder data, such as full credit card numbers or card authentication data.
- Consent for Electronic Communications from the Firm. If you elect to receive email communications, the Firm will collect your name and email address to notify you about new services, products, materials or information that may be of interest to you. You may opt-out from future communications at any time by contacting the Firm here.
- Support. If you contact the Firm (via email, through the Firm website or through social media channels), your name, email address, the content of your message, information about your business and any other data you provide may be collected and stored.
- Shared Public Content. The Platforms may permit you to publicly interact with the Firm and other users, share content, post comments and ask or answer questions. The content may be publicly viewable by others depending on where it is posted. If such information is shared on a third-party platform, such as on a social media site, the collection, use and sharing of your data will also be subject to the privacy policies and agreements of that third party platform. The Firm has no control over the policies or agreements of such third-parties.
- Educational Webinars. On occasion, the Firm may provide educational webinars. To enroll, you must provide certain information, such as your name and email address. The Firm may also collect data about the online webinar(s) you enroll in, whether you attend and if so, for how long, whether you purchased a product or service during or after the webinar, as well as any feedback in the form of responses to surveys and/or chat features that may be enabled for an online webinar. Online educational webinars are hosted via third-party platforms, therefore, the collection, use and sharing of your data will also be subject to the privacy policies and agreements of that third party. The Firm has no control over the policies or agreements of such third-parties.
Information Collected BY Automatic Data Collection Technologies
When you visit or access the Platforms, automatic data tracking technologies like cookies, pixels, web beacons, tags and other tracking technologies may be used to collect information about your engagement, browsing and purchasing behavior. These tracking technologies may include:
- Cookies. A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. However, if you select this setting, you may be unable to access certain parts of the Firm’s website. Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse cookies, they will be issued when you direct your browser to the Firm’s website.
- Web Beacons. Pages of the Firm’s website and marketing emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit the Firm, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related website statistics (e.g., tracking the popularity of certain website content).
Use OF Your Information
The Firm uses the information collected about you or that you provide, including any personal information, to make the Platforms easier to use and better tailored to your interests and needs.
Disclosure of Your Information
- Publicly Shared Information. Any information you share in a public area of the Platforms will be available to anyone who has access to that content.
- To Firm Employees and Contractors. Your personal information may be shared within the Firm, including to employees or independent contractors, in order to deliver services and products to you.
- Third-Party Service Providers. The Firm may use third-party service providers to collect and process personal information from or about you (e.g., to process credit card payments). These third-party services providers have access to your personal information only to the extent necessary to perform their functions.
- Analytic Services. The Firm may use third-party browser and mobile analytics services like Google Analytics on the Platforms. These services use tools to help the Firm analyze your use of the Platforms, including information like the third-party website you arrive from, how often you visit, events within the Platforms, usage and performance data and purchasing behavior. This data is used to improve the Platforms and provide information, products and services that may be of interest to you.
- Law Enforcement, Legal Process and Compliance. The Firm may disclose personal information about you: (1) to comply with any court order, law or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request; (2) to enforce or apply the Firm’s Terms of Use and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes; and (3) if disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property or safety of the Firm, its clients or others.

This Policy is subject to change without notice. All changes will take effect immediately unless stated otherwise. Your continued use of the Platforms indicates you have read, understood and agree to the current version of the Policy.
